* IN OFFICE POSITION * Nicole Fulcher Desjardins Insurance Agent Location
* Monday- Friday

Job Responsibilities 

  • Effectively communicating insurance products and services to clients and prospects.
  • Meet deadlines with accuracy and and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Insurance products and how they help people manage their risks
  • Administrative Duties
  • Billing 
  • Marketing
  • Cold Calling, appointment setting, pivoting and Leads Generation 
  • Assisting clients in person by phone, email and in-office with their insurance needs.
  • Assessing risks and offering products and services to cover those risks
  • Answering questions about billing and claims and changes to policies.
  • Continuous Learning
  • Making modifications and updating current client’s policies and reviewing clients needs.
Qualifications and Experience
 
  • OTL -needed for the position * Property and Casualty License - 1-3 Years Preferred - RIBO ACCEPTED 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with customer service and administrative work preferred.
  • Retail and or Customer service experience preferred.
  • Outgoing and personable 
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic.
  • Diligent and hardworking.
  • Proactive in problem solving.
  • Must have reliable transportation to Uxbridge, Ontario. (Location of Office) 
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to make monthly goals.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

This is a Full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Uxbridge,  this is not a remote position
