Full Time Position
Uxbridge Ontario- In Office- NOT REMOTE  
Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Establishes personalized telephone and email contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the service and review of a home or auto insurance policy. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
  • Effectively communicating insurance products to clients.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  •  Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness 
  •  Making modifications to current client’s policies 
  • Answering questions about billing and claims
  • Marketing and Lead generation. 
  • Administrative Duties as assigned by the Agent 
Job Requirements

  • Organized, with the ability to problem solve.

  • Strong understanding of social media/ technology.

Qualifications
  •  OTL Property * Property and Casualty license required for position prior to being hired.
  • LLQP (Life License would be an Asset)  
  • Strong understanding of social media/ technology.
  • College diploma in a related field.
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience.
  • Reliable Transportation to Uxbridge, Ontario - Office is located Uxbridge, Ontario (Durham Ontario)
  • 2 Years of Previous Insurance Experience Preferred.
  • Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset.
